Documentary film on the life of Late Lt. Col. Elizabeth K.C

My journey towards this project started much early in childhood .Every summer vacations to grand parents house ended up spending time with my mother's aunt more than my grand parents .The six year old who loved to spend time with her mother's aunt had very faint memories of them , all the stories they shared in the garden bench , all the moments , washed away in the waves of time .

After the demise of K.C Elizabeth there were long discussions happening inside house , people started sharing their memories with her, they went through her belongings and started praising about her rebellious life, for the six year old who silently listened to everything it was the beginning of a life long search . November played an important part of life for her and me , when design project of 2022 fell on the month of November I understood this is the right time I was waiting for my entire life to document her journey.

History plays an integral part of forming civilizations, culture and it's human beings. History as an entity derives from numerous micro entities existing in it's horizon and families form a major part of this horizon from time began .Each families holds onto their own micro histories which are often neglected or failed to document. In this project I am looking towards my own family history through the life of Lt. Col. K.C Elizabeth.

Objective of the project is to research and document life of Lt. Col. K.C. Elizabeth through archives , documents and interviews of people and create a small documentary on my journey towards searching her life and how it evolved me as a person towards the end.
